Welcome to the Canadian Reconstructive Surgery Foundation!

Mission Statement and Goals

Our mission at the Canadian Reconstructive Surgery Foundation is to develop, organize and manage, in participation with developing countries, the delivery of reconstructive medical care programs, technologies and education to those not able to obtain the care needed.

It is the vision of the CRSF to assist in the assessment and delivery of specialized and other medical care, including but not limited to reconstructive surgery, intensive burn care and similar core competencies and to provide education to the local health care providers to encourage growth and eventual independence in providing these specialized health care services.

CRSF intends to establish collaboration with North American medical teaching institutions, universities or other professionals to provide opportunities for partial internships or other training of surgical residents from the developing countries.
